Other than this summer month restriction there are no Drought Response Stages in effect at this time.
Feel free to water your outdoor plants from a hand held container at any time so that not a single drop is wasted or evaporated by the heat before it hits the ground. We also ask that foundations be watered with soaker hoses and vehicle washing occur on the lawn from a bucket or at a commercial carwash.
