What are the lap swimming guidelines?
Lap swimmers are expected to circle swim when there are more than 2 swimmers per lane. Circle swimming is defined as swimming in a lane in a standard counter-clockwise direction, up the right side and back down the left. For the safety and comfort of the lap swimmers, lap swimming is available to ages 18 and older.
