Wednesday, December 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. City facilities including the Government Center, Senior Activity Center, and Tri-City Animal Shelter will be closed for the Annual Holiday Employee Luncheon.
The Traphene Hickman Library will delay opening until 1 p.m.
