Posted on: September 5, 2024[ARCHIVED] Dallas County to Spray for Mosquitoes September 5 and 6
Dallas County Health and Human Services has confirmed a West Nile Virus positive mosquito sample in Cedar Hill and will treat the impacted area in the map below.
- North of W. FM 1382 and west of Hwy 67
- South of W. Belt Line Rd. & Mansfield Rd. and west of HWY 67
- North of W. Belt Line Rd. & Mansfield Rd. and south of FM 1382
Ground spraying for the impacted area is scheduled on Thursday and Friday, September 5 and 6, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., depending on weather conditions. Spraying will occur only in the residential areas.
