As we approach the joyous holiday season, the City of Cedar Hill would like to inform all residents about the modified waste collection schedule during the holiday season.
Thanksgiving Thursday collections will be serviced on Friday, and Friday collections will be serviced on Saturday.
Collection for Christmas Day and 2025 New Year’s Day will not be impacted, as they fall on Wednesdays.
Bulk and brush collection run as usual during holiday schedules.
Live Christmas Trees may be disposed at Hillside Village (behind Dillards at 305 FM 1382) and at the Alan E. Sims Recreation Center (310 E. Parkerville Rd.) from January 2 through January 9. Trees must be live, not artificial, and free of all ornaments, lights, tinsel, and other decor.
