As we approach the joyous holiday season, the City of Cedar Hill would like to inform all residents about the modified waste collection schedule during Christmas, and New Year's Day.
During the Christmas and New Year's Day period, kindly adhere to the adjusted collection schedule:
- Monday collections will be serviced on Tuesday.
- Tuesday collections will be serviced on Wednesday.
Live Christmas Trees may be disposed at Hillside Village (behind Dillards at 305 FM 1382) and at the Alan E. Sims Recreation Center (310 E. Parkerville Rd.) from January 2 through January 9. Trees must be live, not artificial, and free of all ornaments, lights, tinsel, and other decor.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in observing these changes to ensure a seamless waste collection process during the festive holidays. Let's keep our community clean and festive throughout this holiday season!
