Mail - Payments may be mailed to City of Cedar Hill, PO Box 205232, Dallas, TX 75320-5232.
Drop Box - You may place your utility bill payment (check or money order only) in the drop boxes in front of the Government Center and at the Recreation Center.

Customers desiring to start new utility service may request new utilities service online by logging on to https://www.2TurnItOn.com to complete the application process Services for completed application packets will be set up within one business day.
For all other service needs, a sign-in sheet will be located just outside the customer service window for those desiring to receive a call back from a customer service representative. Calls will be returned after the window reopens at 12:45.
