Capital Impact Fee Advisory Committee

Responsibilities

The committee is responsible for advising and assisting City Council in adopting and updating land use assumptions, capital improvement plans, and impact fees for water, wastewater, and roadway facilities. The advisory committee is composed of at least 5 members that meet at least twice per year. At least 40% of the members must be representative of the real estate, development, or construction industries, who are not employees or officials of a political subdivision or governmental entity.
