The Creeks at Windmill Hill Homeowners' Association coordinates events and activities throughout the year and communicate to their members through regular meetings, crime watch, a
website and a quarterly publication,
The Creeks Newsletter. They also encourage neighborhood beautification efforts with a Yard of the Season award.
