Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Haydin was elected to the Cedar Hill City Council in 2000. He currently serves in Place 2. Haydin resides at 1521 Kari Ann, Cedar Hill, TX 75104.
Haydin has been an insurance broker/consultant since 1978 and owns Haydin Insurance Group. He is married to Darla Haydin and has two children, Amber and Heather. He and his family own and operate Split Endings, a family salon. Mayor Pro Tem Haydin enjoys playing racquetball, motorcycling and water skiing when he is not working and/or serving on the City Council. He is a long-time member of the Cedar Hill Lion's Club.
