Printing and Postage
The
Printing and Postage Program is designed to help stretch your neighborhood organization's dollars and to encourage open and frequent communication between neighbors. The City of Cedar Hill allocates $400 per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) to any registered neighborhood organization or crime watch group to be used for printing and/or postage, with equipment provided by the City.
Examples of printing and postage projects:
| • newsletters |
• donation requests |
| • event notices |
• membership recruitment |
| • meeting notices |
• bulk mail-outs |
| • neighborhood and |
• holiday cards |
| community information |
• volunteer requests |
With a printing and postage allowance neighborhoods can spend their money on beautification, social events, signage, matching grant requirements and much more. It is our way of helping your group make greater strides in your neighborhood.
