This is not your mother’s cardio-kickboxing workout with lots of jazzy dance moves. It’s hard core, intense and a major fat burner burning up to 825 calories per hour! It is a cool combination of modern martial arts training, MMA conditioning, fitness boot camp methods, dynamic flexibility and metabolic conditioning consisting of very intense work/rest cycles resulting in more calories burned and a speedy metabolism. A very specific blend of MMA conditioning, Krav Maga, Kung Fu and Muay Thai is used involving no fighting, sparring or combat of any kind. There are certain aspects that require the class to ‘partner up’ but it’s all in fun. TACTIX is all about having fun, learning some self-defense and burning pounds of fat.
