What are park hours?
Cedar Hill currently has 32 park properties varying from Community Parks, Neighborhood Parks to 'Other Parks' which include Special Purpose Parks and Greenbelts & Wildlife Corridors. Parks are open daily from 5:30am-11:30pm. No alcoholic beverages are allowed and reservations are required for all organized activities.

Who mows the medians?
In most cases the Parks and Recreation Dept., with the exception of the High Pointe subdivision which is maintained by the High Pointe Public Improvement District (PID) and the Lake Ridge subdivision which is maintained by Bluegreen Southwest.

The Heritage House is privately owned, but available for city use and residents of Cedar Hill. It is available for rental. Please call 469-454-4276 or visit
