In partnership with Texas A&M AgriLife Water University, the Zula B. Wylie Public Library and the City of Cedar Hill Environmental Services Department are offering rain barrel workshops where you build and take home a working rain barrel. Learn the importance of water conservation and how to reduce your water consumption!
Space is limited. Registration is required. Rain barrels are 55 gallons, food grade and BPA-free. Registration is $50 per rain barrel which covers the cost of supplies including the 55 gallon barrel, faucet, screen, caulk and gasket. Cash and credit card payment may be provided upon entry. All payments are handled by Texas A&M AgriLife Water University.
