The Cedars Homeowners' Association will conduct their annual meeting on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Crescent Point Retirement Center, 235 W. Pleasant Run Rd.  Homeowners will be asked to approve a Special Assessment to pay for roof repairs to the buildings.  Article V: Maintenance Assessments 5.4 states that approval of Special Assessments must be "by the assent of a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the quorum of Owners, present at such meeting."  The Cedar Board of Directors encourages homeowners to go to Owner Portal at RealManage.com to view all meeting minutes and financial reports.  Go to RealManage.com, tab on homeowner portal and register.
