Bee Branch/Waterford Oaks sanitary sewer construction public meeting

Affected property owners and residents are invited to attend a public information meeting on sewer line replacement in the Waterford Oaks Subdivision. The removal and replacement of approximately 2,900 feet of 24-inch and 15-inch PVC sanitary sewer along Bee Branch will begin in January 2013. The meeting agenda will include: introduction of project by the Trinity River Authority of Texas (TRA), digital slide presentation on project by Engineer, discussion of project schedule by Contractor, and a question & answer session. The pipeline alignment runs along the Bee Branch creek from behind Chamblin Drive south of Calvert, north and under Calvert Street, and continuing northeast along Bee Branch to just beyond the cul-de-sac on Patrick Ct. A second segment runs along Bee Branch behind Hageman Street, crossing the sidewalk to the Bessie Coleman Middle School. Please refer to the attached map.
