Nature and Forest Bathing

Saturday, November 19, 2022

Join a certified forest therapy guide for a relaxing 2 hours stroll through the beautiful Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center.

Meet: Visitor center
Who: Adults and mature youth due to the slow, therapeutic nature of the program.
What to expect: We will walk less than 1 mile on the easy Canyon Floor Trail. After a short introduction about Nature and Forest therapy, i will guide you through a series of invitations that will allow you to reconnect with Nature and yourself and the community. After each invitation, we will take a moment to share and reflect. The walk culminates with a tea ceremony and snack.
Bring: Water, trail shoes, dress for the weather, wear insect repellent and bring sitting pad if preferred to ground.
Weather disclosure: If weather does not allow us to have our event or recent weather has caused the trail to close, i will either relocate, reschedule or refund your ticket price OR you can transfer to another date. Please check your email for any updates.
