Election Results

On May 17, 2016, having canvassed the votes of the election held on May 7, 2016, the Cedar Hill City Council finds and declares the following candidates, having received a majority of the votes, as duly elected:

Mayor:  Rob Franke

City Council Place 3: Wallace Swayze

City Council Place 5: Stephen Mason

 

Election Day is Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 7am-7pm 

As a reminder, on Election Day voting is done by precinct; voters must report to the polling location assigned to their respective voter precinct.  If you do not know your voter precinct number, please refer to your voter registration card or click here to access Dallas County Elections Department's website for complete voter information.

The following is a list of Election Day polling locations and corresponding Dallas County voter precincts for Cedar Hill residents. 

  • Precincts 3104, 3105, 3108 and 3111: Bray Elementary School - 218 North Broad Street, Cedar Hill, TX 75104
  • Precincts 3100, 3101, 3102, 3103, 3106, 3107 and 3110: Belt Line Intermediate School - 504 East Belt Line Road, Cedar Hill, TX 75104
  • Precincts 3109, 3112 and 4523 and ELLIS COUNTY Precinct 0101:  Lake Ridge Elementary School ‐ 1020 Lake Ridge Pkwy Cedar Hill, TX 75104
  • Precinct 3200: Byrd Middle School - 1040 West Wheatland Road, Duncanville, TX 75116
  • Precinct 3201: Reed Middle School - 530 East Freeman Street, Duncanville, TX 75116

    may be filed during the following time:

    Start Date: January 20, 2016
    End Date: February 19, 2016

    Between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
